"I requested for a quote, Kristian was the one helping me. She provided an quote, then she want me to send the existing coverage so that she can finetune the quote. I sent it 3-4 days back. Then, no response. I tried to call/text. But no response. Not only her. Most of the state farm agents are like this. Even before insurance is taken, there's no response. How can we proceed further?"

"Isabel De La Torre Isabel was very responsive calling me at 8am to get the quote process rolling. Within less the 24 hours we were going over the details for the quotes on my existing policies. I was impressed that she took the time to cover all line items to compare policies and address questions on the fly. I had many questions and appreciated the fact Isabel paused to be sure I understood. At the end of the day it was clear she could save me considerably money on home and auto, along with a reference for jewelry appraisals. "Highly recommend this agency! Exceptional customer service. Eddie went above and beyond to help me get lower payments on my car insurance and renters insurance. He stayed in communication with me the whole step of the way! I was using another company for years and my insurance kept getting higher and higher.
